Overview 

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, we accept only if there is any damage happened in transit which is shown in an unboxing video.

To start a return, you can contact us at 9581002208.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Additional terms

1. Unboxing video is a MUST MUST for any claims of damaged products happened in transit.

2.Unboxing video includes video taken from the time you received the packed package(no claims can be charged for the opened package).

3. All our products are usually taken in natural light, rare case there would be color difference due to various factors.

4.At times few things happen in transit and can’t be avoided how much ever safety measures taken, few examples:

  • Earrings stem bent– these are at times wantedly done to avoid any kind of transit damage.
  • Kundans / beads fallen off – as said, few things can’t be avoided in transit, however all things will be double checked before packaging, these can be sticked with glue or quick fix and no claims for the same, and still if the customer denies, one has to bear the shipping charges and exchange the product.


 Wrong/Damage Product-

  • Please drop us an email or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours of the package you received with unboxing video and your order details and will look into it further.
  •  Will bear the shipping charges for the damaged product and had to be returned on our address( please share us the tracking details so we can track the shipment).
  • Once we receive the package in proper condition, will send the exchange product in 2-3 business days considering from the next day we received the package.
  • In case of non-availability of the same product, refund will be processed in 2-6 business days once we receive the product.


Non Availability: if any order taken for a non available product from the whole order, refund/exchange will be processed only for that particular non available product.
