                      PAYMENT POLICY:
Our website is available for both Domestic and International Orders.
Presently we are not accepting Cash on Delivery(COD).
We accept payments through Paytm,Google Pay,Phonepe, BankTransfer and many other wallets.
For international customers, payment can be done through Paypal or BankTransfer.
                        SHIPPING POLICY:
Dosmetic Orders:
Shipping charges for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana INR 55, other parts of India INRÂ 75
Any express courier orders, please opt for express shipping at check out( Shipping charges vary according to place of Delivery)
Once the payment is done, to process the complete order 2-3 processing days(can be prior at times too).
To receive the order – 4/10 working days , though we try our best to service you faster but due to the present COVID-19 situation, parcels are delayed here and there,The minimum and maximum delivery working time line would be 3 to 7 working days.
One would receive tracking details over Email and Mobile once the order is shipped.
We request the customers to track their order until it reaches you.
Adithi collections is not responsible for any unexpected delay from the courier partner, however continuous follow ups would be made and expects the customer to cooperate for the same.
If any courier returns due to incomplete address/ not available at location/ wrong phone number/ not lifting call/ wrong pin code, customer has to bear the shipping charges to resend the parcel and no RETURNS/EXCHANGE for the same.
Resending of the returned parcel can only be processed once we receive the returned parcel from the courier partner.
We use Speed Post service( India Post) for remote and non-serviceable areas.
International Orders:
Shipping price is shown at the time of checkout.
To process an order once payment received takes at least one week processing time(can be prior at times too) and to receive the same 1-2weeks.
If any prior order, please opt for express shipping
We are presently linked with DTDC/ENVIA for shipment of International orders.
NOTE: Business/Processing days exclude SATURDAYS/SUNDAYS/ PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
